President / Owner: David Montanaro
David has been associated with the collision repair business since 1977. He worked with Kemper Insurance as a claims adjuster for 24 years setting up and monitoring direct repair shops and paying for the collision repair at these shops.
This required constant communication with customers, body shops, auto dealers, etc. Therefore, he is widely known and respected in this industry. |

Vice President / Secretary: Susan Montanaro
Susan was the executive assistant in the Northwest Region for Bank of America for 27 years. She was responsible for supporting the regional executive and coordinating his direct reports of 35 consumer banking centers in the northwest area as well as managing the travel team to accommodate these centers when employees were absent or on vacation.
Susan is enjoying the opportunity of working with her husband and helping to grow the business.
